Caring

Oftentimes people use 'love' and 'care' interchangeably, when the words point to two quite different experiences.

Caring is worrying, and is a lowering experience for those who are 'above' caring.

Love does not worry - it brings lightness and joy to worry, dissipating it.

Most people, when they say they 'don't care', what they're experiencing is not love, but a lack of engagement/interest. Consider the energy beneath the words, as well as the words, to see if they match.

After experiencing love from Alex, I see/know how unloving 'caring' is. It is the lightheartedness and joyfulness of love - that is sincere, but not serious - that is light, but not flippant - that has unburdened me many a time from the heaviness of care and worry.

In a state of love, it is clear that one is 'care-free'.
