It appears that there comes a point in life when a search for inner peace becomes central, and working with a spiritual teacher feels like the natural next step.

Sessions are intended to be unburdening. What is unburdening at any moment will depend on the individual, as each individual will be ready to see and remove certain 'weights' at certain times.

Freeing for one person, for example, may be to recognise that 'values' are not real, and defining/having/living by values is a barrier to knowing themselves. Free from the concept of values, their focus is on the experience/sense of a situation, rather than what the mind is telling them to do in the limiting context of 'living up to their values'.

For many, distinguishing between what is and what things look like, is a major area of spiritual development. For example, there are many behaviours that whilst look/are labelled nice, kind or helpful, are experienced as controlling, manipulative, wanting etc. Clarifying what's actually going on can be liberating.

Whatever we explore, the point is that we connect - with ourselves, each other and anything that comes to light. As we connect, we experience peace, love, joy, life... and any burden of separation dissolves into the connection.

There's no charge for sessions.
