Experiencing Connectedness

One experiences connectedness when one is with what is, fully and wholly.

In this experience, naming, comparing, categorising, judging, labelling, worrying about, making presumptions about… is not happening.

Connectedness is the experience of full-presence and engagement.

There is no separation between “me” and “that”, which can only be experienced when engaging with mind.

Patience, tolerance, effort is not required when one is with an experience, free of narration.

Beautiful works of art and heart are created in this state. Poems are penned. Paintings are brushed. Meals are conjured.

In considering what was created, one may notice upon reflection: “this” simply came into being, “I” had nothing to do with it.
