The Ego Being 'Nice'
The ego can be challenging to identify, when the words spoken and actions performed appear (superficially) to be 'nice'.
Yet, when the focus of attention is not on how the words/actions sound, but on what they are, the truthfulness of the words/actions come to the fore.
We can feel the presence of falsehood acutely in the body, in the solar plexus - our 'lie detector'. For me, it is a presence of energy in the gut. When I hear the following phrases, especially when communicated with confidence, I sense this energy in my solar plexus/gut - telling me they are untruthful. See if you can feel your 'lie detector' go off when you read these statements. We can explore 'why' they're untrue on a call if you like.
