Let God Worry About It
There are some subjects that appear to the mind frustrating - situations when the mind doesn't know what to do or what's going on.
I experience this at times in relation to mouth ulcers - they spontaneously came three or so years ago - and after trying many things, I still don't know how to resolve them.
In these frustrating moments, on the edge of what could be a lowering experience, I find the idea of 'Letting God worry about it' a fun and light concept to engage with.
David R. Hawkins joked in one of his seminars that 'God created the problem, let Him fix it' (or words to that effect), and I felt the joy and lightness in his joke.
Now, when I see thoughts arising in relation to ulcers (why are they here, what is wrong etc), what often comes to mind is the idea of 'Letting God worry about it' - and the thoughts are smiled away.
With the worrying thoughts gone, there is literally more space for insights and ideas to arise and be seen (and not be dismissed by the critical mind) - getting me closer to finding a solution.
